The Brownville State Recreation Area is a 22-acre tract of land
adjacent to the Missouri River. The area offers boating access to
the Missouri, hiking, fishing and picnicking.
The area features a
campground and a dredge boat "Meriwether
Lewis."

Bring your fishing poles and if you're
lucky you'll find: big mouth buffalo, channel catfish, carp,
flathead catfish, shovelnose sturgeon, as well as small mouth
buffalo.
